About this item
A very attractive, early 19th century silver resist lustre jug. This is very well decorated with a wide band of flowers to the centre and an interesting border which combines stylised flowers and a feathered design. It dates from c.1820. The lustre is still very bright but, unfortunately there is a crack to the rim which is about 3cm. long.
Dimensions: Height 14.5cm. Diameter 14cm. Width 17cm.
