About this item
A reclaimed stripped pine four panel internal door, likely to date to the early 20th Century. The door has a simple design with four recessed panels, two larger over two smaller. The pine has a good colour and an attractive grain. The door is in solid reclaimed condition with some signs of age and wear, as expected of antique items. The door has some knocks, chips and splintering, especially to the corners and edges. The door has some surface splits including one larger split that runs along the mid rail. The door has some old wood filler visible, applied to holes and joints. There are some holes, indentations and light damage where door hardware has been removed. The door height and width may require some levelling. The door has some marks, scratches and staining. Some paint residue can be seen around the panel edges. The hinges have some rust. Please see pictures for condition details. The door is ideal for a period home and has a nice traditional look.
