    About this item

A reclaimed stripped pine four panel internal door, likely to date to the late Victorian period. The door has a design typical of the era, with four recessed panels, two larger over two smaller, with mouldings around them. The pine has been stripped and has a good colour. The door is in solid reclaimed condition with some signs of age and light damage, as expected of antique items. The door has some knocks and surface splits. There is a large splinter to one edge where the door has been knocked. There is some wood filler visible that has been applied to holes. There are some gaps around the panels, some of which have been filled, but the filler is cracking and some is missing. There are some holes and indentations where door hardware has been removed. The pine has some wood knots and some staining and discolouration. You may wish to level the door height. Please see pictures for condition details. The door is ideal for a period home and has nice traditional charm.
