DP0501 PAIR OF RECLAIMED PAINTED PINE INTERNAL / EXTERNAL 9 PANE

Two reclaimed, internal / external Victorian painted pine glazed doors, suitable for use as a pair. The doors are very well made, solid and heavy and were originally used in a school. The doors were used individually but are of a very similar size and are ideal for use as a pair. Each door has a nice design with two recessed panels at the base, with decorative mouldings. The top of the doors have 9 glazed panels. The doors are currently glazed with plain glass, the majority of which with safety wire but one door has three plain glass panels at the top. Please note, you must ensure all glass meets current safety standards and change the glass if it does not. We can re-glaze the doors for an extra charge, please contact us to discuss your requirements and for a quote. The doors are currently painted blue but the paint has some losses, chips and scuffs and you will need to sand and re-paint the doors to suit. The doors have been used internally but could be converted to be used as external doors. 

The doors are in solid condition with some signs of use and wear, as expected of reclaimed items. The doors have some marks, knocks, scratches and chips. One of the doors has some notches to the inside edge. There are some holes and marks where door hardware has been removed. One door has some damage where it has been knocked and a piece of the glazing bead is now missing. We can repair the glazing bead for an extra charge, please contact us for details and a quote. The hinges have surface rust. There is some sticker residue on some of the glazed panels. The door heights will need slight levelling. Please see pictures for condition details. The doors have a very a nice appearance and are very well made, making a fantastic addition to a home.
