very early and unusual milk glass advertising sign for flowers. would of originally been found in the shop window i would assume as the milk glass when light hits it gives a nice opaque look. very high quality advertising pannel around the 1910 to 1920 era. A real stunning kitchen advertising item. Great wording 'say it with flowers! baskets and bouquets'. A real rare survivour due to how fragile milk glass can be. The sign bares the original label R green and sons. The manufacturer of the advertising sign. I also have its matching pair which is for fruit but i will list that next week, milk glass advertising is not a very common sight so nice to find in lovely condition. Perfect display for a kitchen or jusr round the house.
