    About this item

An attractive wing armchair of French Origin. Having carved front cabriole legs and front seat rail with shell motif. It has a walnut frame around the base connecting to the back legs which are swept out to an elegant square foot. It is currently upholstered in a pale green cut velvet which is in good condition alas there is no seat cushion.

We can upholster it in clients own fabric for an extra £200 including a new seat cushion. We were thinking of removing the back cover to make a new seat and cover the back in a plain green velvet similar colour to match the striped velvet.

Condition : Very good. No loose joints, or sagging upholstery.
    Materials : Walnut
    Origin : French, European
    Manufacture Date : c.1890
