About this item
A very good example of a high back smoker or broad arm Windsor chair...it is made from ash with an elm seat....this chair is an extremely well balanced example of the regional style...it has stylish turned legs with bulbous shaped feet, central ball motif in the single cross stretcher, parallel shaped spindles either side of a central fir tree motif fretted splat.....it has heavily turned underarm supports.....fine colour and in excellent condition.
