About this item
A good quality antique oak desk chair constructed in a traditional style with a horseshoe shaped buttoned back and with carved oak end caps.
It has brass studded borders and is supported by a gallery of well turned spindles.
This very comfortable and well made antique chair has a sprung seat and has recently been upholstered in an antique finish green hide.
The chair stands on turned and fluted front legs and swept back legs culminating in the original brass and ceramic castors.
It is in excellent antique condition, is very sturdy and would fit well in a traditional or contemporary office or study.
