Jacobean style carved mahogany Suite

This is an extraordinary showstopper suite of sofa and pair of matching armchairs from the late 19th century/Edwardian era. the show wood is carved from rich coloured mahogany waxed to show off its richness. The whole suite has been entirely rebuilt from top to bottom and upholstered in a scarlet textured damask velvet. The back and seat cushions are all new cambric inners with an 85/15% mixture of feather and down for a truly luxurious feel. This is a truly dramatic suite with a Venetian or operatic feel. It would look wonderful in a panelled or dark-coloured sitting room, but will be a fabulously comfortable talking point wherever it goes. The measurements given are for the sofa, and each armchair measures W-86cm  H-93cm  D-82cm.
