    Unusual and rather stylish Edwardian era mahogany tub style easy armchair c.1910. Deep box like proportions but with a lovely carved and shaped top rail and moulded frame with a slight curve and flare to the arms. Padded backrest and sides over a sprung seat with a loose cushion upholstered in a stone coloured linen. Carved detail to the apron with carved and pierced brackets where they meet the front legs. Legs joined with an H stretcher for strength. Presented as found, very good condition with clean and serviceable covers.
