A fabulous pair of 19th Century marble top walnut and kingwood bedside tables, of superb quality and finely hand carved with rich patination and grain. The gorgeous, moulded grey marble top of square form is raised over single drawer above single cupboard door, both beautifully quarter veneered with panelled detail and fitted with decorative finely cast brass pulls with bead and foliate motif detail. Raised above shaped apron supported on elegant tapering cabriole leg with a stunning finely carved arrangement of trailing foliate and flowerhead motif detail on knee terminating on scrolling whorl foot.
