About this item

A late 19th century, sycamore breadboard. The border to the board is nicely carved with long leaves and flowers and this carving is slightly worn from use, giving an attractive, mellow look. The board is English and dates from c.1880. It has a lovely, honey coloured patina and is in very good condition.

Dimensions: Diameter 29cm. Depth 1.8cm.
