Antique Narrow Oak Open Bookcase | Bow Front Shelves & Shaped Feet | Af-6697

Antique 20th century open bookcase in oak, a neat and well-made piece of good quality, showcasing simple, elegant lines in the Arts & Crafts manner.
It offers five open compartments of shelving beneath a shallow galleried top, ideal for books, records or displaying favourite ornaments and collectables.
Each shelf has a gently bowed front edge, the top is framed by shaped side uprights and a low back rail, and the whole stands on shaped bracket feet cut from the solid sides.
The oak displays an attractive open grain and a warm, rich colour with a pleasing aged patina.
Of slim, space-saving proportions, it fits neatly into an alcove, hallway, landing or small study. Presented in good vintage condition. A very desirable narrow oak bookcase, a perfect addition to any home.
