A narrow George II mahogany secretaire bookcase, having an arrangement of 4 drawers, the top being a fitted secretaire drawer which is one of the earliest examples we've seen. The top section has a single glazed door of which retains wonderful original glass of which has a wealth of character. Having the original and fully height adjustable shelves, the whole raised on shaped bracket feet. Superb colour and patina throughout. English, Circa 1750.
