RARE AESTHETIC BROWN TRANSFERWARE WASTE BOWL
MELBOURNE PATTERN
Tunstall, Staffordshire England c. 1880
This rare and perfect victorian aesthetic 5 1/2 " wide x 3 " tall waste bowl is transfer printed in dark brown.
The MELBOURNE pattern features delightful Japanesque geometric designs mixed with cascading peony type flowers. Geometric patterns inside the rim. The pattern displays the victorian eras love of nature.
Condition is excellent. Bright and clean and appears to have never been used. No chips, no cracks, no hairlines and no repairs.
