About this item
A beautiful oval Edwardian silver fruit bowl or bread basket. Made in Birmingham in 1903 by Glossop & Co. The bowl has a fret cut border with cast swirls. It sits on four legs with curled feet and there is a full set of crisp hallmarks underneath. There is a crest with the engraved letter "E" in the middle of the bowl. It is in excellent condition with no damage or repairs. There is very light surface scratches comensurate with age. A lovely piece in great overall condition.
