About this item
A very attractive Paragon First Aid cabinet, dating to the 1920s and made for use in industrial and commercial premises. It is made of dark wood with a transfer of a shield and cross, along with the Paragon name, to the front. The front is hinged and folds down. When closed, there are hooks at the sides to hold it closed. Inside is a celluloid label bearing the maker's name. Stuck inside the front is the original paper dated January 1924, giving instructions for treatment of minor injuries. The cabinet has tabs to the back to hang it on the wall, but it is also free standing.
It is in good original condition, but two of the wooden dividers are missing from the interior.
