19th Century Antique Burr Walnut Writing Box

19th Century burr walnut writing box, the top and front of the box crossbanded in Kingwood, the box opening to reveal a writing surface decorated with blind and gold tooling around the border, and on one end there is a fitted compartment containing ink wells and a pen tray, both sides of the writing surface lift up to reveal further compartment space, on the side of the box there is a secret pull out drawer that can only be opend once the box is full open by lifting up a brass knob on the side.  Fabulous quality and in great condition.  Circa 1860.
