    About this item

A superb early 19thc Brass Tobacco Box...it is of the type produced by the dutch, so the box was probably made by a dutch brazier working over here at the time or imported by the engraver from Holland and then engraved J.Thomas Of Beaumares - Joyner - 1802 ....on the underneath is the Joyner sitting working in his studio at his desk in front of a large window....they do not come any better and no surprise it came from a good dealers own personal collection.!

    Welsh - Beaumares 1802.
