Round snuff-box covered, turned burl wood, interior lined with tortoiseshell, each side adorned with a micro-marquetry of colored wood: decor: coach on a bridge, allegory of the river of love, and architecture. Superb work, most probably Nancy region, 18th century, rare object ....
Size: 7cm x 2.5cm.
Condition: Fairly good, but signs of wear and wear inside, on the edge, a tortoiseshell cover is missing, see our detailed photos ....
