Rare Antique Miniature Leather Desktop Safe

An extremely Rare Moroccan Leather Miniature Desktop Money Safe, with brass swing handle, containing three leather bound drawers, each stamped NOTES, SILVER & GOLD and three leather covered note books titled CASH ACCOUNTS, MEMORANDA, VISITS & ADDRESSES, the drawers and books are in fantastic condition, they have had little use, a few pages of the cash book and the memoranda shows expenses dated 1923, which give this lovely piece loads of charm and history, the inside of the door is silk lined it has a pouch for holding a small pencil. The makers mark H.Brown Kensington High St. W1 is stamped on the top of the door.
The Leather to the whole piece is in excellent condition, with the initials G.P stamped on the top, this piece also retains the original key and the lock that remains fully functional.
This piece is full of charm and character and would make a great addition to any collector or can still be used for purpose.
