About this item
This impression of a wax seal resides in a nicely turned lignum vitae box 41 mm (1 21/32nds of an inch) in diameter and 11 mm (3/8ths of an inch) thick. The seal has a small crack and chip, but the box is in very good condition. It would date from around 1830.
