About this item
A fine 18th Century Mahogany Knife box. Edged in Boxwood and Ebony herringbone stringing. Having original decorative brass lock plate, carrying handles, hinges, and lift-up lid loop. Internally the original sections are intact. Dating from about 1790
Condition : Good has had some minor historical repairs, split to interior divisions, missing veneers have now been replaced.
