About this item
A super quality, 18th century, creamware jelly mould. This is English and dates from c.1780. It is incredibly lightly potted and has a yellowy green glaze. The design to the base is very unusual and it depicts a pomegranate. It is deeply moulded and very well detailed. The mould stands on three delicate peg feet and the tip of one of these has been broken off. Other than this the mould is in excellent condition.
