About this item
A very nice example of a mid 18thc brass "tea" kettle...it has an attractive "swing" handle, joined to the main body by shaped brackets using copper rivets, and an unusual domed lid..... it is stamped no. 5 on the top of the handle...obviously this was part of a much larger set of kettles....of a pleasing small size and in very good condition.
Dutch. C1760-80.
