About this item

A cast brass pastry tool with a double wheel to one end and a curved cutter to the other. This is English and it dates from c.1890. The double wheel would have been used for making parallel line decoration on the pastry rather than for trimming a rim. The piece is in excellent condition.

Dimensions: Length 13.5cm. Width 2.4cm. Diameter of wheel 2cm.
