About this item
A 19th century, brass pastry tool with a turned wooden handle. This has a fine cast wheel with four holes and this is attached to the beechwood handle with a brass fitting. It dates from c.1880. There is a crack to the wooden handle but otherwise it is in good condition.
Dimensions: Length 15.6cm. Diameter of wheel 3cm. cm. Diameter of handle 2.5cm.
