About this item
A cast brass pastry tool with a small wheel to one end and an unusual, spade shaped marker to the other. This is English and it dates from c.1880. The wheel would have been used for trimming the edge of a pie and the marker for applying a decoration to the pie. It is in excellent condition.
Dimensions: Length 11.3cm. Width 1.7cm. Diameter of wheel 2.5cm.
