About this item
This tazza is made from cast brass with a circular dish pierced in a repeating foliate pattern. A central raised boss forms the focal point. The dish is supported by a turned pedestal with vertical fluting and a low stepped foot.
The casting is sharp and evenly finished. The underside includes a stamped lozenge registration mark used to identify protected designs. This form was intended for table or parlour display.
Condition
Surface wear, light patina and a small rim dent are visible. The registration mark is clearly struck and all elements are secure.
