    This is a wonderful Georgian silver heart-shaped lovers brooch, dating to the 18th century. It bears a makers mark of RH that has been identified with a Richard Hare of London (a small worker in silver) in the now missing small workers register from 1739-1758. The brooch has the initials R.C on the back. It retains the original silver pin in working condition.
