    About this item

A stunning Victorian silver and agate brooch with an inset citrine made in Scotland around 1880. It has 8 Montrose and moss set agates in the shape of flower petals around a beautifully set golden citrine. It is set in a silver engraved crown which inturn has 8 claws. The back has a long Victorian style pin and a "C" clasp. The brooch is in excellent condition with only very light wear and surface scratches comensurate with its age. A truely beautiful agate brooch, one of the best I have had.
