About this item
An elegant Victorian pine pot cupboard bedside cabinet with a solid carved marble top, comes with original ceramic and brass knobs. Good storage inside with one shelf and drawer has a painted dark blue Farrow & Ball railings interior & exterior. Painted dark blue exterior with a distressed patina due to age and wear. Naturally shabby chic.
Perfect little cupboard for the bathroom or as a bed side cabinet or even in the hallway and landing. Would also make a lovely lamp table or telephone table. Solidly made full of charm. Delightful addition to any home.
Condition report:
The overall condition is good the dark blue paint has been distressed naturally over time giving the paintily finish a lovely pattern. There are marble chipped losses, and lots of characterful markings. The marble top has been repaired, there was a large crack in the top, however this has been resin filled and now looks like part of the marble vein. Refer to listing photographs.
