    A very attractive  18th century Liverpool tea bowl and saucer by James Pennington, 

    c1770, 

    Painted in underglaze blue and overglaze red enamel with the Cannonball pattern, 

    Saucer is 13.3 cms diameter 

    In very good condition. Shallow fault on rim of tea bowl.
