    About this item

A stylish retro Poole pottery vase dating to 1956-57. It comes from Poole's 'Freeform' range and is in shape number 352, designed by Guy Sydenham. It is decorated with a pattern called 'Burst' by Ruth Pavely. The clean lines and fresh design of this asymmetrical vase were typical of Poole's production during the 1950s. The base bears the Poole backstamp and the handpainted letters 'PV' for Pavely. It is in excellent condition. A fantastic piece of mid 20th century design.
