3 Large 19th c French Yellow Jars with Handles - c 1880

3 large French 19th century terracotta yellow glazed Jars with handles. These were used in the 19th century and earlier to store food gathered in the summer harvest, then cooked and put into these Jars and seaed with fat to preserve the food for the winter months.  They are glazed inside so make perfect vases for flowers but are also useful around the kitchen fo hold utensils or food stuffs. Re-puposing in a very enviromentally friendly way!  Circa 880
