This large Victorian aesthetic 9 3/4 " wide x 4 3/4 " tall raised serving plate is transfer printed in delicious dark and lighter brown. The MELBOURNE pattern features delightful Japanesque geometric designs mixed with exotic palm trees and other tropicals. A shoreline with sailing vessels set to the horizon while a large flock of birds fly by.
An inset cartouche of a large Hawk perched as the Sun rises and another inset of a Tulip Tree flower. This pattern has everything going for it. The pattern displays the victorian eras love of the exotic.
Never Used. Condition is great.
