A pair of 19th Century Meissen figures

An attractive, well modelled and decorative pair of 19th Century Meissen seated figures of a young lady and a gallant, she holding a bonbon (?) in her right hand, looking slightly left;  he seated cross-legged his right arm resting on the chair, holding a book, tricorn hat and sword to the side, each in striped, gilded and floral decorated costume, on moulded, pierced and gilded rococo bases,  crossed swords mark in underglaze blue and each insiced numerals 628, the gent also impressed 147'  (some minor damed to delicate 'lacework' and part of the ribbon is lacking from the reverse of the lady)
