This 3" high x 3 " wide childrens mug excluding the applied handle with acanthus style leaf terminals is transfer printed in luscious dark brown and further hand painted.  Pearlware glaze.

The letters G  H  I  are transfer printed near the top of the mug with a whimsical scene of children playing on a swing..

Never Used and in excellent condition. Mugs like these were given as gifts to children on special occasions and were used as educational tools, as well. A lovely addition to your ABC collection.
