    About this item

AESTHETIC MOVEMENT BROWN TRANSFERWARE SAUCE BOAT

    SEAWEED PATTERN

    John Wedgwood and Sons

    Staffordshire England  1883

This Victorian sauce vessel  is 8 inches long x 3 1/4 inches wide x 4 3/4 inches tall and is transfer printed in dark brown.

The pattern features a variety of ocean seaweed drifting around the entire body, handle, lid and spout.  A very desirable and collectable pattern.  The pattern displays the victorian eras love of nature.

Never Used.  Some unfortunate chipping along the top edge per photos.
