This desirable mug from the Staffordshire region of England stands a mere 2 1/2 " tall x 2 1/4 " wide excluding the applied handle.
A wonderful creamware mug with a lustre band along the rim. The transfer feature a naive scene of a Mother and Child. The inscription reads A PRESENT FOR MY DEAR GIRL.
Creamware with pink luster mugs are hard to find especially with such a fabulous subject as this.
Light weight and beautifully potted with a small chip mainly to the inside of the rim.
