AESTHETIC BLUE TRANSFERWARE PLATE

This large Victorian aesthetic 10 5/8 " plate is transfer printed in wonderful blue. The clear and crisp SATSUMA pattern features an array of geometric designs and medallions along the rim divided by flowering cherry branches. The center of the richly transferred plate has two cherry branched framing two love birds naively flirting with each other. The pattern displays the victorian eras love of nature.
Condition is great, clean and bright. No chips, no cracks, no hairlines and no repairs. A few natural stilt marks to the outer rim.
