A pretty Bow porcelain sparrow beak cream jug painted in polychrome enamels with an Mandarin type Oriental scene of three figures in a landscape. c.1760.

It measures 7.3cm (2 7/8") high, 7.5cm (3") spout to handle and 6cm (2 3/8") wide.

In very good condition: a small slither chip just inside the edge of the spout and two short firing lines either side of the spout and only minor handling wear.
