    About this item

A set of six, brightly coloured Wedgwood cabbage leaf plates. These plates are moulded with a cabbage leaf design and this design is often seen with a green, majolica glaze. These, however, are painted in polychrome enamels and this colour scheme is quite unusual. Each one has an impressed “WEDGWOOD” mark, and a large impressed “O”, and they date from c.1830. They are quite finely potted, in pearlware.

Dimensions: Each plate measures 20.5cm diameter by 2.5cm. deep.

One has a short, hairline crack to the rim and slight staining. The other five are in excellent condition with just very slight wear to the high points of the enamelling on a couple.

Price includes postage within the U.K. Shipping to the U.S.A. add £30. Most of Western Europe add £10.
