These Victorian 6 " x 6 "tiles are transfer printed against an off white background and then hand painted by an exceptional artist. You will not find a better set anywhere.
The tiles from the Early English 12 Months Series was designed by Helen J. A. Miles, an artist extraordinaire at the Wedgwood factories.
Never Used and have been hidden away for 125 years, No dirt, staining or crazing. A small amount of paint loss on the boy’s smock on the July tile and a sliver chip to the upper left corner on the November tile.
