AESTHETIC BLUE TRANSFERWARE PLATTER

This large Victorian aesthetic 15 3/4 " long x 12 5/8 " wide platter is transfer printed in dark rich blue. The pattern features a spectacular braided type bamboo rim surrounding a well transfer of an ancient flowering cherry branch. A Japanesque fan contains exotic birds and a scroll holds a nesting aquatic hen. Outstanding ! The pattern displays the Victorian eras love of nature.
Condition is great, clean shiny and bright. No chips, no cracks, no hairlines and no repairs.
