Pretty Derby botanical dessert plate with a simple gilded rim, painted with the specimen "Large flowered Cryptostegia". Red crossed swords mark for c.1806 and number 28.
It measures 22.2cm ( 8 3/4") wide and 3cm (1 1/8") high.
Condition is very good with no damage or restoration. The surface is very finely crazed and there are a few small nicks to the enamel.
