    About this item

    A pretty small Worcester porcelain sweetmeat dish with of "blind earl" type with scalloped rim, relief moulded rose leaves and stem and rose bud handle. Delicate painting of floral sprays in pink, grey-green, orange, yellow and inky blue enamel with a gilt rim. Unmarked, c.1765.

    It measures 15.2cm (6") by 14.4cm (5 5/8") wide and 4cm (1 1/2") high.

    In excellent condition with no damage, repairs or restoration and only minor handling wear. There is a small underglaze chip to the foot from manufacture.
