    A late Victorian Royal Crown Derby fine bone china cabinet cup and saucer painted in pattern number 5648 with bands of cobalt blue with gilt detail sandwiching a diaper type pattern formed from delicate pink, blue and purple roses with gilt foliage. The  cup also has a small section of this rose lattice pattern painted inside and the pretty shaped handle is gilded. Factory marks to the base and date cypher for 1898 and the pattern number painted also on the underside of the cup. 

    The saucer measures 13.3cm (5 1/4") wide and 1.8cm (3/4") high. The cup measures 5cm (2") high and 8cm (3 1/8") rim to rim.

    In perfect condition with no handling wear.
