    About this item

Very pretty early Worcester trio of tea bowl, coffee cup and saucer painted in polychrome enamels in the Harvest Bug pattern using a famille rose palette depicting a black bug with gilded legs and markings amongst oriental flowers with iron red rim decoration.

The saucer measures 4 7/8" wide and 1 1/8" high, the coffee cup measures 2 1/2" high, 3 1/4" rim to handle and 2 1/2" rim to rim and the tea bowl is 1 3/4" high and 3" wide.

Condition is very good with just a couple of minor points to note: a small nick to the rim of the bowl and some over-painting to the underside of the cup which suggests some restoration to the foot rim, it isn't apparent where but certainly is not extensive. The enamels are lovely and bright with light surface wear.
