    About this item

    A Worcester porcelain blue and white press-moulded small sauceboat or creamboat painted with the two-porter landscape pattern, c.1770. On the reverse is a floral pattern with further floral sprays inside the base, to the spout and handle and a shaped border inside the rim. Open crescent mark to the base. 

    It measures 13cm (5 1/8") long, 6.7cm (2 5/8") wide and 6.3cm (2 3/8") high.

    In very good condition with no damage, repair or restoration bar a small nick to the foot. There is a short firing lining at the rim following the curve of one of the scrolls. The painting has run during firing as can be seen but handling wear is minimal.
